THE ASSOCIATED PRESS PHOTO ARCHIVE

The University of Virginia Library has licensed the Associated Press Photo Archive for use by the UVa community for educational purposes only.

• Printing copies for teaching and research, e.g. reports, theses, papers.
• Electronic presentations, e.g. Powerpoint presentations, slide shows, restricted access Web sites.
• Transmission of a specific image to an individual e-mail user.

Note on re-using AP Archive photos on the Web:

If you incorporate AP photos into your web site, please restrict access to these photos to the University of Virginia community. If you need help in doing this, please follow this link for further instructions.

Note on searching the AP Archive:

This collection is licensed to the University of Virginia community. You must be using an on-grounds computer or be dialing in to the University modem pool in order to have access to this resource. When you reach the AP site, simply follow the "Search" links. You will not need either an individual account or a password in order to gain access to this site.
