Use this form to search across image collections in a more focused manner.

• Enter a word or words into the search box.
• You may use the default "anywhere" to search across all categories of data.
• Limit the search by using the drop-down box to select a specific data category of search (title, name, subject, etc.).
• Compound Searching: You may also combine up to three searches by selecting the functions "and" (must include) or "or" (either/or) to further broaden or narrow your query.
• By Collection: You may limit the scope of your search to any of the identified sub-collections, such as the UCLA Fowler Museum of Cultural History or Jefferson Country architecture. The default will search all collections.
• It is not necessary use to all the boxes.

The images in the Repository may also be searched alongside the other digital collections in a cross-collection catalog search.

Authentication: Many items in the Digital Collections are restricted to the UVa community - users must be on Grounds, or authenticated through UVa Anywhere.
