The Mary and David Harrison
Institute for American History, Literature, and Culture is a University Library enterprise dedicated to bringing together faculty, students, and the public through programming and outreach. The Institute fosters scholarly collaboration and interdisciplinary discourse in its exhibitions, conferences, and symposia. Our visiting scholars program supports research associated with the Library's extensive holdings, and engages a wider audience through lectures and readings.
The Harrison Institute occupies the second and third floors of the new Harrison Institute / Small Library (#19 on this map of the University grounds ). The staff at the information desk on the main floor can direct you to the Harrison offices and exhibits.
