LIBRARY ELECTRONIC CENTERS MERGE

In an effort to improve service and streamline operations, the Library has merged and reorganized some of its Electronic Centers. These changes are mostly administrative in nature and represent no reduction in services or facilities.

The former Geographic Information Center and Social Science Data Center have been merged under the banner of The Center for Geospatial and Statistical Data. The facilties are still located on the third floor of Alderman Library.

The former Digital Image Center and Digital Media & Music Center have been combined to form the Digital Media Center. Currently located on the second floor of Clemons Library, the Digital Media Center will move back to the third floor, adjacent to the new Robertson Media Center in the Spring.
