EXPANDED STUDY SPACE DURING EXAM PERIOD

While the Robertson Media Center is under construction on Level 3 of Clemons Library, we will temporarily lose some study spaces. To address the need for study space during the fall exam period, the University Library, in cooperation with University Dining Services, is making the following arrangements to compensate for the temporary loss of study space.

Exam week study space special arrangements

Sunday Dec. 13 - Friday Dec 18

1. Clemons 201, with approximately 100 seats, will be open for study from 6 p.m. until midnight Monday Dec. 14 through Friday Dec. 18.

2. The Back Room, adjoining Pavilion XI at Newcomb Hall, normally closed, will be open 4pm until 11:30 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 13 -Thursday, Dec. 17. This facility seats 50 seats.

3. The Brown College Dining Room, (Open Square), Newcomb Hall, with 125 seats, will be open 9pm-11:30 pm Sunday Dec. 13- Thursday Dec. 17.

4. Alderman Library, which normally closes at midnight, will be open for study until 2am from Sunday Dec. 13 - Thursday Dec.17.
