Microform Guides are located on in the Alderman Library Government Documents Reading Room. As you face the Information Desk, the guides are on the shelves to the left of the desk.

U.S. Newspapers

Micfilm N US-1 and Micfilm Ala-1 to Micfilm N US Wis-1

U.S newspapers begin on the left side of the aisle, near the front of the Periodicals/Microforms Room.

Note: Call numbers are in alphabetical order by state, with the exception of the Virginia newspapers. Virginia newspapers are first in order, located in the metal cabinets in the front of the room. Just past the Virginia newspapers the rest of the U.S. newspaper collection begins.

e.g., Micfich 1077, Early American Imprints	Microfiche are located in the metal cabinets on the south end of the Periodicals/Microforms Room. See the gold colored signs on top of the cabinets to locate the call number you need.

Miccard 1 to S-41 Microcards serials and non-serials, e.g. Miccard 4, Travels in the Old South.	These are filed in a metal cabinet against the south wall of the Periodicals//Microforms Room.
