U.S. House of Representative Districts

Use these sources as additional aids to discern the identity of a candidate you have entered. Losing U.S. House candidates sometimes were elected representatives in the Virginia General Assembly. Prior to the 1970s, General Assembly districts are identified by county and town jurisdictions. These books will allow you to see how these local districts formed parts of larger U.S. House districts:
