Digital Services
All Special Collections materials are handled by staff members trained for such a purpose. Special Collections materials are handled by a separate digital unit, RARE MATERIALS DIGITAL SERVICES, who are part of a larger suite if Digital Resarch and Instructional Services (DRIS), which included the Electronic Text Center and the Geospatial and Statistical Data Center.
Together, DRIS works to support the research and instructional needs of the UVa community.
