Alphabetical Culture Unit Index. This lists culture units alphabetically; the cultures which have been studied from the 1940s through the early 1990s.

Area Index . This is a listing of culture units under geographic divisions, such as Asia and its subdivisions.

Authors Index . Index to the Authors, whose works are in HRAF.

Fiche . A completle listing, by region, of the fiche collection, along with indications if there are also Web versions.

Series Index . This is a list of the series with the culture units which were studied under each series or installment. The series runs from #1 through #38 and are up through 1993; these are on microfiche. And available at UVa's Alderman Library 3rd floor. The Installments of #43-47 are culture units studied since 1993 and are available electronically only - on CD-ROMs or by the Web. The CD-ROMs are available at UVa's Alderman Library Reference Desk.
